• Basement storage locker 2 feet, 6 inches wide, 9 feet, 6 inches deep and 6 feet, 8 inches high. More storage may be available upon request.

• Twice-monthly cleaning of the suite.

Bedroom/Sitting Room :

• Newly furnished with desk and chair, queen-sized bed with high quality, medium firmness mattress, ample storage and couch with table.

• Ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink, window, clothes hanging-bar and clothes storage.

• East-facing window overlooking back garden.

• 26 inch TV with cable and a DVD player.

• Note: if you want an extra bed in the suite, we can bring in a roll-away bed at no extra cost. The roll-away beds need to be booked in advance, as we have a limited number.

Kitchen and Dining Room:

• Very large, full kitchen with high ceilings and large, South-facing windows.

• Newly furnished dining/sitting area with couch, dining table with four chairs and storage.

• Equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, cutlery, dishes and cookware- it's set up just like home.

• Ample counter space and cabinets.

• You can pick up groceries from the nearby grocery store, Thrifty's, a five minute walk away.

Bathroom :

• Large private bathroom with wood floors, bright and airy.

• Two North-facing windows.

• Deep original clawfoot bathtub, recently refinished, with shower head and curtain.

• Ample storage for toiletries and linen.
